Thanthric and Vedic studies are two distinct branches of Hinduism that have their own unique teachings and practices. Thantra Sastra is a spiritual science.It is a logical combination of Yoga and Mantra in the principles contained in Vedas and Agamas. The Temples consecrated and maintained as per stipulations of Thanthrasastra are called Khetras. When scholars in the Sastra became scarce due to deterioration in spiritual and scholarly standards,Vidyapeedhom was started to revive and sustain this branch of the ancient body of Knowledge.The result is evident from the rapid progress in the Hindu temples and spiritual developments happening in the society. This ancient Sastra is the core subject,taught here apart from other subjects like Rig Veda,sanskrit,yoga and other modern subjects. We are following gurukula system of education extending to a period of seven years leading to "Thantra Ratna"
